Our Origins
Established in 1993, during the Da’iship of 44th Da’i e Mutlaq Late Saiyedna Taiyeb Ziyauddin Saheb RA, Alavi Public Relief Trust – APRT has been a beacon of hope and compassion, dedicated to uplifting the underprivileged and fostering inclusive community development.
Born out of a deep commitment to social justice and community upliftment, it was founded by a group of visionary philanthropists in Vadodara, Gujarat. It all started with an intention to open a Clinic for the community to extend medical help at concessional rates.
Rooted in the principles of service, equity, and empowerment, the trust was founded with a vision to bridge societal gaps and bring meaningful change. Over the past three decades, APRT has grown from a humble initiative into a trusted institution.
A Journey of Unification
The convergence of compassion and service.
Legacy of Anjuman e Fayz e Hakeemi
44th Da’i e Mutlaq Late Saiyedna Taiyeb Ziyauddin Saheb RA envisaged a new concept of distributing tiffins to the needy Mumineen and formed a committee in the name Anjuman e Fayz e Hakeemi. It started simply, by collecting funds from its 20+ fellow members.
The Convergence
Soon, funds from benevolent Mumineen started pouring in. In 2015, Anjuman e Fayz e Hakeemi was approached by APRT to take responsibility for the trust services as our responsibilities were widening with the passing time.
Under New Guidance
Under the guidance of 45th Da’i e Mutlaq Dr Saiyedna Haatim Zakiyuddin Saheb TUS, we accepted the proposal and took over the responsibilities of APRT as well, gradually merging the services of both institutions.
